It is a little bit like watching paint dry, with two hose pipes on full blast it takes about two days to fill the pool. We can only fill it up bit by bit, as the guys installing the liner need to return each time the water reaches the next ‘white good’ product (i.e. light, drain, inlet, etc).
They only cut the liner around these items when the water is at that level to ensure that the liner has been pushed into position correctly. There is also a fan on constantly to try and create a vacuum behind the liner to help it settle correctly as the water fills the pool.
Quite a moment when we turned on the filters and tested the water features, which can be seen in the last photo. The bubblers will not rise as high out of the water when the pool has finished being filled.
