Now that the top terraces have all been tiled, it is time to finish off the pool deck area. The deck tiles are laid on pedestals, so that it is both level with the pool coping stones and also hides all of the drainage and electrics around the pool terrace….
As well as tiling the pool deck this trip, we also installed the LED light strips under the stairs, which add a real touch in the evenings.
A trip over to France at Easter this year has allowed us to paint the interior of the pool house and start to fit the kitchen units. Painting took quite a long time, in fact four coats in total, with the fresh plasterboard soaking up the paint.
