We can only fill it up bit by bit, as the guys installing the liner need to return each time the water reaches the next &#8216;white good&#8217; products (i.e. lights, drains, return inlets, etc).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They only cut the liner around these items when the water is at that level to ensure that the liner has been pushed into position correctly. There is also a fan on constantly to try and create a vacuum behind the liner to help it settle correctly as the water fills the pool.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"pgc-sgb-cb
