{"id":319,"date":"2020-10-19T08:35:00","date_gmt":"2020-10-19T08:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diypool.info\/?p=319"},"modified":"2020-10-20T09:46:27","modified_gmt":"2020-10-20T09:46:27","slug":"a-trip-to-the-mayors-office","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/diypool.info\/?p=319","title":{"rendered":"A trip to the mayors office"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Whilst I was back in the UK, I received an email from the local mayors office to inform me that my planning application for the garage conversion required some additional information, specificaly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A narrative to explain the overall proposal<\/li><li>A graphical illustration of how the proposed construction will look in the landscape<\/li><li>A photograph of the buildings, from a distance, to show how they sit within their environment<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Whilst they are not officially mandatory, our local planning department obviously wanted more information to help with their decision making.
